The title references Gertrude Stein's compendium of everyday objects by the same name. Stein’s title is also often read as a cheeky reference to nipples, those “tender buttons” of the human form.
The lamp is hand-hewn with visible carving marks remaining on a ceramic base, it emits a gentle glow through raw canvas adorned with hand-cut ceramic buttons. Features a dimmer and black silk twist cord.
Each lamp is made to order, please allow for a month production time.
